End-of-service gratuity calculator 2026

Enter your last salary and how long you have worked, then choose the country: the calculator applies its labour law, for resignation and for the end of the contract.

Short answer

In the Gulf states, end-of-service gratuity is worked out from your last salary and your years of service. The rules differ between countries, and in some between resigning and the employer ending the contract. Choose the country to apply its law. In Saudi Arabia, for example, 5 years of service on a basic salary of 10,000 Saudi riyals (14,000 with allowances) gives 35,000 Saudi riyals when the contract ends or the employer ends it.
