Annual leave and leave pay calculator 2026
Enter your salary, years of service and unused leave days, then choose the country: the calculator applies that country's leave rules.
Annual leave in these countries starts at 14 to 30 days a year and in some rises with service, up to 30 days. Pay for unused leave when you leave a job = the number of days × the daily wage (usually the monthly wage ÷ 30). Choose the country to apply its law. In Saudi Arabia, for example: after 3 years of service the entitlement is 21 days a year, and 15 unused days on a total salary of 10,800 Saudi riyals are worth 5,400 Saudi riyals.

"Not specified" means the law does not say whether leave is counted in calendar or working days. Where the law sets no daily divisor, the calculator uses the monthly wage ÷ 30, the common practice. Open a country for the exact wording.
